Lomond, a progressive force in the UK property industry, has unveiled a major new partnership as it scales up its ambitions to develop the best future leadership talent in the sector. 

The national network of lettings and estate agencies, which employs 1,100 people, has broken new ground by teaming up with one of the global leaders in organisational performance improvement, FranklinCovey.
